He's barely a 1. No premeditation and she stole from him. Craig has also been an honorable man trying to get Kelly the lightest sentence possible.

Craig is a real man. A man who got pushed and pulled and stolen from. This is often how alpha men react.

He got shot in the gut.

He shot her about 8 times.

Then he shot himself in the head.

There are two versions of the story.

1)  He shot her, then the ex-marine shot himself in the gut (the most painful place to be shot), then in the head.

2) She shot him in the belly in a dispute (supported by many that they were having big fight that night), he shot her repeatedly.  he then realized he was sitting there in a house full of drugs, a dead girl, and a bullet in his belly, and decided shooting himself sure beat going back to prison.


Keep in mind that the family of the poor girl is suing his estate... so if she DID shoot him first, they ain't getting a red cent.

The only possible reason would be to try to fake being shot by someone else but it's incredibly painful and instinctively you'd go for the shoulder or similar. It also takes hours to die from it so it's not exactly wise for suicide.

yeah, he was a marine who was good with a gun.  It's completely naive to believe he shot himself first just to suffer more.  But that's the story that some tend to believe.  it makes it easier when it's one bad guy, and one good girl.  Shit happens.  People fight.  She shot him.  When the loud ass bang and blood flew, she probably paused.  The training and pain probably caused him to grab and fire, repeatedly.

Then he was sitting alone, in pain and bleeding, with a hell of a mess in front of him.  Did the math, and checked out.
