I need the help to find what a song is called and who by. I dont know a lot of the lyrics however.

It is a vocal dance song. Girl singing.

First words sung right at the start are something like

There are also kinda klaxon like sounds in it.

That keeps coming up on google lyrics search. Maybe its the song but put in a dance song.
