It seems Goudy is the only one with a goal for the future. Most of you were just fat and unhealthy then lost some weight to be not much heavier than the average man.

420 pounds 2 yrs ago $:-\$ 315 pounds as of yesterday heading down to 240

And I did the 125's for a easy set of 10 yesterday on seated Shoulder presses
