i rememeber when i hurt my thigh (a truth situation), and i had to back of squats, for a couple of weeks.

when i went back and restarted FULL squats, I got sore the next day.

and, i remember thinking:

my thighs asking: "where the hell ya been?" i responded: RIGHT HERE BITCH!"

and body saying: "man, i am fricken sore"

i said: Yea...........and? Want some more?.........
