Check the 2 pics here, do you see much of a difference - He was VERY muscular back in June - We measure his arm at 19 inches COLD and he flicked his pecs and it was like there were 2 animals in his top trying to get out!!  His back was modern day pro standard believe me! Seems odd that Serge would be doing that much weight.  I thought that he was an advocate of doing high reps and low weight, ala German Volume Training.  That's a shitload of weight for a 70 year old and pretty impressive.
