I don't necessarily think America is "better", it's just what I know and I don't feel any particular responsibility to kowtow to other cultures in my day-to-day life here in America.  I have traveled all over the world, and when I am in a culturally different country, I respect the fact that I am a guest in their land, and I honor their customs.  I expect the same respect from them when they come to my country.

BULLSHIT!!! USA is Number 1 baby and you know it! ;D

Nothing wrong with a little nationalism but to the point of xenophobia is sick.  It seems that many rednecks and right wingers have a bad case of xenophobia.  Very intolerant and closed minded to anything not American. FAIL

Because of globalization they will eventally find out this is counterproductive.

But he will also be a bit mentally ill.

Just like an intelligent person  being unable to
go outside his house due to some phobia.
