Arthur Jones measured Sergio's non pumped arms at 19 and a half, it's been mentioned many times on this board, honestly dude your arms look no bigger than 16 inches in that picture, i'm just being honest.

I'll agree to an extent there - I'm probably at about 16 or 17% bodyfat in that picture so yes, my arms would probably shrink considerably if I were to step up onstage. I doubt they would go down to 16 inches though, but yes, they would shrink.
