If he's claiming 19 cold that's still hard to believe.

Jones always did his measurements cold-or close to it.

You should measure arms fully pumped.

You didn't read the fine print, i said Schwarzenegger at his best, not what Jones did or didn't measure, keeping in mind the feud with Weider and the fact Jones had every incentive to downplay the Weider boys. It's clear from pics side by side that Schwarzenegger's arms were almost exactly the size of Oliva's.

They look pretty small and soft there... hard to really tell, seeing as we can barely see them from the side but they don't look like 19.5". I've seen fatass bikers with 23" arms though Squad, that doesn't mean they're bigger and better than Oliva's, just fatter. Being lean creates a whole different illusion of size, especially if there is good shape to boot.

Wrong!!!Sergios were the only arm over 20 inches that jones measured from that era,Arnolds were 19 1/2 with a pump hope this helps
