I don't keep track of carbs. It is the off season after all  ;D. My protein right now is about 300-350 grams and i try to keep my fat under 70 grams a day, however, i do not keep track of it strictly. Everything i eat is lean and fat free so I'm getting trace amounts from my carb sources and lean meats. I only eat meat about twice a day as well because i don't think its healthy to eat a lot of it. Whey makes up for a lot of my protein sources as well as egg whites. I drink much of my calories so it is very easy to get a lot of calories.
What happened to change your mind on protein intake? Having read some of your posts in the past you were more along the lines of 1 gr/lb and now....

Well the thing is I'm not even trying to get 300. It just happens. I eat a lot of grains and cereals and much of it comes from that. Besides if I'm not getting overall calories from fat and I'm trying to avoid it then a good bit is going to be split with protein. I think for someone like me 200-250 is fine. I'm gaining muscle so i need a little bit more now. As for new personal bests today i got 245 for 4 on shoulder press. I'm pretty excited. This is a 20 pound gain since I've been working out after the show. I am also repping the 100 pound db's for shoulder press like they are 40's or something. They feel incredibly light and i can short stroke them. Unfortunately i cannot go higher then 100 because that's the heaviest our DB's go up to.

My calories are still at about 4-5k and im eating pretty much all clean and im not having a problem either.

Tell me what you eat, im having problems getting the kcal very high without gainers.

Try this for breakfast. This will start you off with a good 1200 calorie breakfast. I don't do all of this anymore though because i was going up to 6000 cals which is more then i need.

Mix in a blender:
1 cup egg whites: 120
1 cup milk: 80
1 banana: 135
1 cup oats: 300
about 4oz vanilla yogurt: 110

Blend it all together and drink. That's 745 cals right there and about 50 grams of protein. Eat that with 2 bagels which typically run about 250 cals each and you got about a 1200 cal breakfast. It is not very filling and a guarantee you within 2 hours you will be hungry again. A lot of people are squeamish about the egg whites but if you get egg beaters i swear it tastes the same as cream milk.

I usally take 3dl (3 dl = 1.26802585 US cups) of musli with a few DL of sour(ed) milk or whatever its calles in eng and I calculated its about 800kcal, then a 500kcal gainer (retarded but I do) ... =)

Then I eat 2 hr later again..

Usally a normal meal and another gainer but "only" 200kcal within the hour and 30g of protein added to that...

This depends. If i feel like i am strong enough to where i can dominate a weight set i will short stroke it meaning i do half motion from chest to above my head. I short stroke 205. If the weight is too heavy ill usually do full range of motion. With 245 thought i go just below the chin and then all the way up. Shoulders are the only lift i do that when i go heavy i don't go all the way down and up. So with 245 i go just below my chin and then explode up.

For those interested in another meal, before i got train in the mornings i will mix a half cup of egg whites with a half cup of milk and 4oz vanilla yogurt with chocolate weigh. It taste exactly like a creamy chocolate milk shake and is about 400 calories with 40 grams of protein. While i work out i also drink another shake that is 3 table spoons of gatorade and 2 scoops weigh. This is 370 calories. Then i eat the breakfast that i posted above. By the time 9AM rolls around i have consumed 2000 calories. It isn't very difficult at all. Usually in the evening ill have a box of cous cous which is about 1400 calories and ill have some random meats throughout the day. I also make a hamburger a day so this is about 3400 and then with the hamburger about 3700. Then i usually load up on fiber cereal till im at about 4500 cals or so.

Well i remember a time when i would have to force feed on 3000 calories and id be puking some of it up. This is the first time this has happened. It is actually pretty strange. Im sure a lot of it will become fat and ill have to slow down here before long but i want to get to 200 first. If it still looks solid ill continue to eat like this. On a day where i work out twice i can easily consume 6000 calories. Ill usually add some pizzas there between meals but im too exhausted from school usually to try that.

Alright guys. New updates. It is pretty crazy how fast my strength is going up. Earlier this week when i did delts i got 250 for 4 struggling on barbell shoulder press and today i got 255 for 4 reps fairly easy. My chest however had a ping the other day. I tried to work out at 6 am and i guess i didn't get enough water before training or something but i kind of hurt my shoulder. My flat bench press was really weak and i only got 255 for 6. I guess it was just a bad day but i came back and did incline bench at 250 pounds for 6 reps. After i did decline i had to cut the work out short because of the pain and i thought id play it smart and let it heal up. I will try to attempt a chest day later on in the week. Clearly if i am doing 255 on shoulder press i should be fine for chest but its still a little achy. I think it is because i have neglected to train my rear delts and my front and side delts are over powering it. School has been getting really tough lately and im having trouble keeping up. I have to play catch up on the weekends. I am currently weighing about 185ish - 190 in the mornings at school. At home im about 183-4. No idea how much i weigh but all i know is im getting bigger and stronger. Ill try to take pics here soon in a few weeks and if there is a noticeable change ill post them. Train hard!

Yes. The real changes should come at the dawn of the new year around February. Im kind of cooling off now. Hurt my shoulder a little and want to take a month break  ;)

Yeah sure  ::). This is kind of what i aspire to look like. I want to look like this when im 27-29 like Wolfe. I remember when there was a time when i wanted to look like Arnold. With bodybuilders like Wolfe i finally have more motivation; Something that's closer to me as opposed to something 30-40 years ago.

Dude, seriously be carefull on the DB presses! No joke this time, one fuck up and it's months of rehab.  >:(

Leafy i feel that you can get the Zane look or even a jeff King look (Imho is ideal , minus the neck part) , but to achieve the Dennis Wolf look there is only one road to that venue, and its teh Heavy-gear highway, Route Juice, Roid Road...in my estimation, not worth it , but thats me ...maybe that is what happiness is to you then do it, but dont half ass it, go all the way..regardless, Leafy is a getbig legend hands down...

leafy has good build,but jeff king wow,please don't write something thats not attainable even drugged,king was a freak and about 4 inches shorter and mr america,keep the delusion to yourself.leafy will do fine.
