It is all about genetics … I had a guy (200lbs) on 500mg test … he stayed at the same weight but his muscle shape and condition changed 180 degrees … you couldn’t tell that he was the same person from the before and after pix
Of course you can fain 50lbs and look like shit … but diet should be very well inplace even at a bulk cycle … bulk cycle means u still have to eat the same clean food (protein, carbs and essential fats) but you just play around with the amount of food … yes same oatmeal, potatoes, rice, pasta, chicken, lean steak , eggs, protein shakes, flaxseed oil, extra virgin oil, fish oil and nuts … just different timing and amount
Concentrate on getting stronger and shaping up your muscle and getting it bigger … don’t care about how much weight you gain … as it is very easy to gain body fat weight
