250mg test a week = how much muscle gain?

Say a person was at a 10% bodyfat to start - could he expect significant muscle gain at such a relatively "low" dose? Also, assume it was JUST a test cycle/followed up with anti-estogren...

250mg/wk = 8 weeks

little faster than natural but not much.  should make it 500mg for 12 weeks imo.

It is all about genetics … I had a guy (200lbs) on 500mg test … he stayed at the same weight but his muscle shape and condition changed 180 degrees … you couldn’t tell that he was the same person from the before and after pix

Of course you can fain 50lbs and look like shit … but diet should be very well inplace even at a bulk cycle … bulk cycle means u still have to eat the same clean food (protein, carbs and essential fats) but you just play around with the amount of food … yes same oatmeal, potatoes, rice, pasta, chicken, lean steak , eggs, protein shakes, flaxseed oil, extra virgin oil, fish oil and nuts … just different timing and amount

Concentrate on getting stronger and shaping up your muscle and getting it bigger … don’t care about how much weight you gain … as it is very easy to gain body fat weight

it will tell you all you need to know about the effects on muscle and fat loss at the dosage you are asking about.  :)

I know of several people that do that and make 8-10 lbs with no bloat, etc. It's really quite a bit higher than your natural amount. 500 seems excessive to me, but I've never done it.

500mg per week for 12 weeks. Better than ANY OTC CRAP AT GNC. And much Cheaper.

No specific test, just "in general" question.

Im thinking that if 500mg = X results, and 1000mg = X results, then why couldnt 250 (an amount thats above normal production) equal somewhat significant gain? Its not like its just gonna "do nothing"...

So obviously it wont be as much as 500-800, it will still benefit on a slower, lean scale

I'd be more inclined to use that amount for maintenance during a cut than for gaining.  Don't run it without the proper ancillaries and PCT.  Don't run UG shit imo.

10 to 15 pounds but do it over a longer period at least 12 weeks, if its your first go, you will drop a third to half of it when you come off. 250mg is more than enough first go, and is well above your natural levels, HRT real HRT usually runs at around 100 to 200mgs per week based on your blood work

I did 1 sus rediject 250 a week for 6 weeks and it was way more than what I could do naturally. Granted I was stuffing my face, so that probably played a large part.
