At least 3 times a week (Chest/Back, Legs, Shoulders/Arms)
Most often it's 5 times (Chest/Back, Quads/Calves, Shoulder/Traps, Arms, Hams/lowerback/Calves)
Last week it was six because I did cardio one day (something I should do more often)
Recently I've been getting to the gym @ 5am and out by ~ 6:15. I hated it at first but now I really like this schedule
