I don't think you should have beated Flex because he was just too shredded, but you could have been third or 4th.

Jaroslav was out of the top 6 in my book.

I just can't understand the judging.



In the top6...

-Horvath was out of shape and placed 3rd.

-Lewis was the most shredded and placed 2nd.

-Only two competitors had the total package Henry and myself. Henry have better upper body, I have better legs.


And of course there were Jackson and Shabazz...placed 4th and 5th...

nobody will deny you if you outcondition everybody, maybe be more conservative with the carb loading ?

Flex has a way too narrow back to finish that high, Steve's back has to be wider than that.
