Conservatives are necessary to balance out the Liberals. Without their influence, leftist organizations such as the ACLU would run amok. Already the ACLU champions such entities as NAMBLA(association of man-boy love), which believes it is okay in our society for a grown man to have sex with young boys. In Florida, because of the fact that blacks have an amazingly low graduation rate in high school, the ACLU has filed a lawsuit against the school system, as if somehow this is the fault of the schools. It's quite obvious if you remove the political correctness quotient out of the equation, liberals have destroyed the American educational system. By operating on the false assumption that different ethnic and racial groups can equally benefit from identical learning styles, they have lowered the standards of education where the third-grade level of the 1950s is now equivalent to about the eighth grade level of today. No wonder so many parents are opting for homeschooling these days. Liberals also seem to believe that if one particular group is committing an overwhelming majority of violent crime, it is somehow the fault of society rather than these individuals. Again if it were not for conservatives to balance things out, we would probably see the wealth accumulated by intelligent hard-working people redistributed to the dregs of our society. Liberals and conservatives need each other to keep the balance.
