Missed it last night - gonna watch the re-run on ITV's catch-up website. Apparently there's a karate guy on there who breaks concrete and calls himself "the thug" - some sort of alter-ego he creates for himself to help him psych up - should be fun TV.

My lifts definitely aren't exaggerated, I can promise you that. Unfortunately promises aren't believed very well on Getbig. As for arrogance - I come across that way when I retaliate and I'm aware that I'm doing it - in real life I'm completely different.

I thought the programme was about real genetic anomalies.

It just had Flex Lewis on steroids...who seems like a cool guy and his bird is smoking.

It showew benni magnusson and his partner (a strongwoman) and them talking about the genetic potential of their child. Benni seems really cool. As did his wife.

The Ukranian girl had some awesome tits. Very pert. Strong also. She seemed to be enjoying it and making a career out of it so good luck to her.

Arm wrestler guy was annoying. The concrete smasher was kinda unecessary.

The most impressive weight was the 16year olf girl (who looked athletic and strong and in shape) squat 225lbs
