So i decided to say bye bye to training like a bodybuilder
i competed few time when i was younger but lately it seem like ive been letting bodybuilding control my life-instead of going out to eat with freinds or takeing strolls on the boardwalk w/ my fiancee ive told them i need to come out a bit later cuz i need to finish up in the gym-if im not gonna compete again why live my life like i am competeting
i am still a huge fan of bodybuilding im just gonna take it a bit more slower in my appraoch to it...diet tanning etc
i also want to get back into martial arts and i hope to do that once my patella tendon is all healed-check the injury board for info on my injury i had made a thread
so if u see me posting any less strong about bodybuiding dont freak out or question me
