Dress appropriately from head to toe.
Greet her with a small bouquet of long stem roses. 6 is enough.
Compliment her on how pretty she looks. After all, she went out of her way to look her best for you.
Listen to her.
Bring plenty of cash just to play it safe rather then look stupid.
Be yourself and most importantly, have fun.

Don't:
Be a show off.
Talk about yourself and only yourself or political things that can cause conflicts of interest that will ruin the date.
Dress like a bum.
Don't be cheap. I cannot stress this enough. Pick up the tab, even if she offers to put in half. Friends share the tab. Dates are different.
