I think our debt is largely related to the war.  We screwed that up.  Iraq should be footing the bill.

Dems ran an anti-war campaign (after supporting the war for years) and were elected largely based on that issue in 06.  After they took over they didn't do squat to end the war.  But they did focus on pressing issues like raising the minimum wage. . . .
