I've had this thing for a while and I never do the distance workout, mainly time since I do the elliptical.
Today I went out and ran a quick mile on a track. Now I know 4 laps = 1 mile.
However the Ipod told me I had completed the mile @ maybe 3 1/2 laps.
My question is which is accurate? I'm going to assume the track but how exactly is the nike fob calculating the mile and is THAT accurate?
