Taking your argument to its logical conclusion, then why is there a reason for laws at all? Why is it wrong for a man to kill another who has wronged him?
This is a completely different issue. Killing is wrong because no one wants to die, and life is the ultimate value for which all other values arise. Conversely, a 14 year-old girl having sex with an adult man causes no harm to anyone. If you are going to argue that she's scarred psychologically by it, then please supply evidence.

First define "emotional ramifications" and show that these emotional ramifications are negative and not positive, then demonstrate that a 14 year-old engaging in sex would suffer from emotional ramifications to a greater degree than an adult. Until then, you are just giving an opinion.
Society cannot exist if everyone just did whatever they wanted, whatever felt "good", all the time. Nothing productive would ever get done, and we'd be essentially stripped down to our most base inclinations. Our ability to "reason" is what separates us from animals.
The concept of "the good of society" has been used by the World's most oppressive regimes to justify all sorts of atrocities in the name of the "common good". Communism is a good example of millions of people being exterminated for "the good of society", to create a fairer, more just society.
The law should be used to punish only behaviors that hurt other people, like homicide, arsony, robbery, etc. The age of consent is arbitrary anyway, and you have no way of demonstrating that most 13 year-old girls, who are already able to bear children, are not ready for sex. Some might not be and some might be. The point is that you are using an arbitrary number to decide when girls should have sex, and you are willing to punish men who have sex with them even though you have no idea if the girl is sentient enough to understand what she wants and that she might even be enjoying it.
