My bodyweight in the vid this morning was 315 fully clothed. So I'm sure I'm prolly around 312ish. My goal for this week was to be 310 but my 2 BAD cheat meals last week did not help
But I needed them I was starting to go fukking nuts on this diet!!!!
My strength is staying pretty good all my accesory work is still where it was and in some cases more.
My best with the 150's is 23 reps with my feet down for leg drive, as you can see in the vid my feet are up trying to eliminate the legs all together.
As for my health I feel GREAT!!!! I got my breath back and just feel better all around. My size 42 pants are hagnig on me and as you can see in the vid those are 2xl shorts and they are also too BIG which is a good thing.
I dont wanna be ripped to the bone but I wanna get to 240 and around a 36 inch waist by mid next summer.
