I mean for a total beginner that hasnt touched a weight before. If the only goal was for fat loss, say 35-50 lbs, what would the best possible routine be?
Id say cardio only. Its pointless to pretend to gain muscle, when the primary goal is for fat loss. Especially for a natural.
