www.pollster.com says it all, Joe.

I know you hate the sobering numbers and all...

What does that have to do with this story? So you're party is ahead. You act like this is November.

Whats worse for the Republicans is this is coming right after their convention.... Not good news at all, for them at least.

People will decide if they like how things have been for the last 8 years.  If you like it, Vote McCain.  If you don't, vote Obama.

We know what the Dems do in the white house - see the 92-2000 economy.
We know what the repubs do in the white hosue - see the 02 to 2008 economy.

Which did you like better?

Rob - you are not allowed to make sense here on this Internet...no real thinkers allowed...now back to the low-level youtube videos....

Check when most of those state polls were completed.

Almost all were before any of the conventions and are pretty much useless now.

LOL, and this is being reported by Fox News, the great beacon of "Fair and Balanced" News.

Compared to CNN and MSNBC? Hardly ever do they have a conservative voice in their shows. Compared to that at Fox where in most of their programs they will have a Republican and Democrat arguing. There is bias at Fox, but at least they have Democrats repeating their talking points over and over and over and over...

When someone is called the "voice" of your network and he is that biased, believe me, your network is more messed up than can ever be imagined.

it'll be interesting to see pollster.com shift in the coming weeks then.

Rasmussen has them tied in Florida, and McCain up in Ohio and (slightly up in) Virginia.

If McCain keeps those three states RED, it could be all over for Obama.

???

Bush won all 3 in 2004.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2004

McCain HAS to win them - and retain every other state Bush won - in order to win.

Otherwise, what state(s) do you see mccain stealing that kerry on in 04?

Do you like Bill O'Riley

I like him more on the radio as he's more relaxed. I hate when he won't give his guests time to answer. He hits them with great questions then continues to blast away.
