Has anyone tried it? I haven't done a cycle in about 2 years but my first cycle I did all my injections in my right hip so with that and about 3 more cycles I think I developed some scaring. now that said recently I began having pain in my hip when I stretch even like long steps or bendin to pick things up my Dr. said it was most likley inflamed facia so I took the Ibuprofin and it helped but still not gone I am thinking about trying the massage to see if that will help break up some old scaring. What do you think??
