Here are all the UFC 88 payouts:

Rashad Evans — $120,000 ($60,000 to show, $60,000 to win)
Chuck Liddell — $500,000
Evans defeated Liddell via knockout in round two

Rich Franklin — $100,000 ($50,000 to show, $50,000 to win)
Matt Hamill — $10,000
Franklin defeated Hamill via technical knockout in round three

Dan Henderson — $250,000 ($100,000 to show, $150,000 to win)
Rousimar Palhares — $7,000
Henderson defeated Palhares via unanimous decision

Nate Marquardt — $56,000 ($28,000 to show, $28,000 to win)
Martin Kampmann — $15,000
Marquardt defeated Kampmann via technical knockout (strikes) in round one

Dong Hyun “Stun Gun” Kim — $46,000 ($23,000 to show, $23,000 to win)
Matt Brown — $8,000
Kim defeated Brown via split decision

Kurt Pellegrino — $24,000 ($12,000 to show, $12,000 to win)

I wonder what some of these fighters think when they see that the guy they fought was paid six times what they were paid.

Dan Henderson got a pretty sweet contract it seems. I guess they expected great things from him after his KO of Wand. But his record isn't all that good if you look at it... and I wasn't impressed with his performance against Palhares.
Hendo is also 38 years old.

$150,000 win bonus against a UFC rookie like Palhares who only had 1 fight prior to that, jeez.

henderson is one of the best in the world..when rampage came over they gave him marvin eastman as warm up fight to get use to the cage..they gave henderson rampage after he won the ufc title. then they gave him anderson silva. henderson asked for no breaks from the ufc and has fought the best. palhres was a VERY dangerous oppenant and dan had a game plan and executed it to the letter to win. dan fought a very smart fight..it didn't push his luck like chuck did and make any major mistakes..henderson could be a champ again very soon/. he deserves more in my opinion
