Some pics of me

Flame away  ;D
So i found some pics on a cd from when i used to comepeat, the pics are almost 2 years old (i don't have new ones), i haven't competed since because i have been buys becoming a dad etc
the picks are taken right before i started to diet for the show ( i placed 3, not to happy about that, but it was a grate experience)
i know its hard t judge anyone in a tank top, but i hop i can get some good criticism any way.
to bad i don't have any shots of my wheels, thay are prity much the same as the upper body.
OK here you go.

oh one more thing, i am a novis, i guess i was in my early 20 when i toke this pics.

oh bye the way, i am 184cm tall, and was 125kg in dose pics.
i wighd in at 110kg if i remember corectly.

hehe ah i dont know whay but...the the camera seems to make my arms small heheheh..

i have a tendensy to get strong (i rhater get big easly  ;D), dont know if its genetics ore just that i like to work out hevvy.
if theres a intresnet in how much i lift ore how i train feel free to ask.

come on now, i dont have a reason to lie, the pics are old and i dont loke that anymore any way. i was actuly up 130kg before i started changing my diet, and as u can se in the pics i was prity fat.

i also did 300kg dead lift (witch i guess u wont belive ether ;)). and 260 squat. i did 8 reps whit 55 kg dumbell sholder presses. i dident do bentch so i dont know how much i did there.

flame on if thats what you want, but dont cal me a lier, i have no reason to lie, ican honestly admit i am a fat basted now =)
