as i said i have a nice wife and nice kids, if i want to look good i just dress up (and now days i have hair, witch help =)

and having mucle helps whit the ladies, but you wouldent know anything abaute that hehe =)

i dont post alot on here, becouse i just enjoy reading al the silly posts. And if i was a gimmic, wouldent i post better pics, ore say that i look this way right now?..and i dont know, but a gimmic seems..unnasesery and stupid. so there you got me its me, whit flaws and every thing

since some of you think i am a gimmic i went thro my old cd;s and found some pics from the actual competition, not to many, but i hope you can belive that i am not a gimmic =)

so here are some pics of me abaute 15kg lighter =), My shape wasent very good, i mest up along the way, and dident get cut up enough..

maby i will give it a nother try when i have more time.

high johnny falcon, i just drink grapejuice some olive oil and some beans so things flow but not flow too much

im doing getbig 3 im prepping for my worst condition yet

I think i have good genetics for building size (and strenth), but i realy have a hard time getting cut up, symetry wise i gues i am pritty avridge thught.
