thanks for belevng me it mean alot from a mucle guru like yourself.
And yes, it was alot of hard work,, i gues most people know that working in the icu isent a easy job, and takes alot of traning and nowledge
oh and squad....i mean quickerblad..have you competed?, do you have a good eduacation..and most importent, do you have a real home?

Good frame but of course you were not in a good condition.. Don't you have pics from that contest you entered so we can judge better??.. But sure you looked good for some one who is 184 cm and 125 kg.. You are well proportioned so I didn't guess you are that tall before you mentioned.. Thx for sharing..

By the way I am a father too but I have never left training.. You have to show your little version something to be his hero LOL :)..

Yes thats it true, most of my old books was in english, but my problem isent reding english its the gramar/spelling, other then that i think i have a good vocabulary, i have actuly lived in usa for a year, and come and visit every year.
