Yourv,e got some guts posting your pics on this board mate...good on you for having a go looks like you have quiet a big structure and yr arms are quiet thick witch would explain (the structure that is) yr heavier bodyweight..don,t worry mate i was thinking of posting a couple of my pics....trust me yr face at that bad!

BTW - I honestly do not understand your weight.
I do also have a "heavy bone structure", I'm 1m87cm tall and weights 118kg in quite OK shape. And I must honestly say that I look a bit bigger than you at a lower height and higher weight. (You'll just have to take my word for it ;) )

Of course! :)   ....it goes back to what I wrote earlier abot my bodyweight/-height and Myras weight//height.... ;) I weighted 244lbs (111kg) when that pic was taken, and I'm 1m87cm (6foot1,5inches) - and 272 "fat" lbs at the pic enclosed (272lbs=123,5kg)

Yes, and preparing for a contest October 4. right (and hopefully October 19.) now :)

Miles away from beeing pro-material, but I enjoy competing and see it as a great way to stay motivated. It's all just for fun :)
