WE forgot Pearl Harbor and thought it would never happen, a saying, that goes without saying to let this be the last time

On 9/11/01 I actually found out about it because my friend called to wake me up so we could go to a local supplement company and get some stuff.  We still went but I really didn't believe him till I turned on the tv.

I remember sitting in my office going over some reports and a co-worker came screaming in and said "OH MY GOD!! SOMETHING HORRIBLE IS GOING ON IN NEW YORK!" and I ran into the break room and my jaw dropped to the floor as I saw what was happening.

I'll never forget the images from that day.

A freind new a guy that was at the towers when this tragedy took place, he said when leaving the tower there was people jumping from the flames and hitting the sidewalk.
He was seriously disturbed by this and needed years of therapy.
God bless those suffered and died.

The Iraq war has wiped out about 655,000 Iraqis or more than 500 people a day since the U.S.-led invasion
