Who has/had the best arms? Phil or Kevin?

They both have similar arms, biceps and triceps....but whos the best?

Phil Heath because of his arms are mindblowing somewhat overpowering.

Levrone powerful shoulders seemed to negate his awesome arm development in terms of tie ins with his shoulders.

Just my humble opinion.

Kev's got flat biceps, they don't "pop" when he poses them. Kev and Phil are about equal when it comes to tris. Flex Wheeler had better arms than both. A perfect circle when he does a biceps pose...

I'd say their arms are about the same size but Phil's have a more cartoonish shape. His wrists and elbow joints are really tiny which makes every part of his arms look really dramatic big because they are originate at small points. Kind of like if you blew up a long clown balloon and twisted it into sections. Overall Kevin has the most potential for muscle growth but Phil has the best shape.

What made Kevin's arms impressive was the fullness of his triceps.   His biceps were average at best for a pro.

i agree on the Heath issue, i call him the black Lee Preist, arms way too big for his chest and back and he's probably even narrower than Lee.
