1999: was 20 years old and achived my best shape ever..

Coz the first time I competed I took the matter very serious with a very hard diet.. After that it was more for fun specially they were just small contests in a local club..

Thank you.. Do you think that supplements really make noticable changes??.. I tried some b4 but I really noticed no changes

.. Anyway I don't like to gain much more size because I am only 171 cm and I don't like the short bulky bodies..

maybe you should try those creatinic steroids (muscletech)

For me, this is the best Nasser's ever looked (1995). In 1997 he looked soft and syntholish in comparison.

I agree with you about his softness in 1997.. But he had other good looks like at Mr. O. 96 or when he came 2nd after Wheeler at AC 98.. Both Wheeler and Nasser looked gr8 on that day..

Believe me I never considered him Egyptian.. He was born in Europe and lived there till he went to the US.. All his relation to Egypt is his Egyptian father.. But I believe he considers Germany his homeland.. You are assuming wrong by the way

Sherif, I am from Egypt as well. Nasser has surprisingly been seen a few times in Cairo. I met him once at Golds Gym Giza!

I spoke to him before that at the Arnold Classics, and when I told him I'm from Egypt, immediately he tells me that he he is half Egyptian and how he comes and visits every now and then. Also, I met Dr. Adel Fahim, and he gave me this book about him, and Nasser had a big dedication to him. but yeah he always says he's from Germany FIRST!

Are you aware that Nasser sells his used underwear to fans? Not trying to hurt your expectations of him but you were bound to find out about it sooner or later here.
