We havent had one of these threads in a couple weeks so i thought id start another one
So far today Ive had.
1. Protein Shake
2. Steak and veggies
3. Chicken Salad with olive oil and vinegar
Anybody else?
5:00am - Sprouted Wheat Bagel, Coffee
8:00am - Egg Sandwich with 12 grain bread, 3 eggs, Miracle whip light, 1 cup strawberry kefir
12:30pm - Chicken, Brown rice, Sauteed Zuccini with mushrooms and onions, handful of cheez-it's
Going to the driving range now for 2 hours, I'll have golf course food.
