Ronnie's biceps vs. Nasser's biceps over the years.

1- At the GP 1993 when both of them were still new comers..
2- At the NOC 1995 when Nasser won the show..
3- At the Mr. O. 1998 when Ronnie won the 1st of his 8 successive olympias..

Hahahahah believe me all these pics. are from Mumuscle.com without any changes.. I myself see that both guys had good biceps but it's hard to compare because they are of totally diff. types.. It depends on your taste..

Maybe not in 95, but from then on it was pretty obvious he was using oil.

Ronnie never touched oil.

I have heard that too.

I have only heard those accusations on getbig though.

Personally i do not believe it.

Either way, Ronnie probably had the best arms ever, and they were oil free.

True.

Ronnie probably had some of the biggest (oil free) arms ever. Even though his tris weren't as good as his bi's, personally i think he still had the best arms ever.

Coleman's tris were huge, much bigger than Yates. Yates' tris were far more cut but not big.

Coleman & Schwarzenegger had the same thing, the bis made you overlook the fact that the tris were pretty good with plenty of size in both cases. Neither had great triceps cuts so it was easy to underestimate them.

No one said that Coleman didn't have good triceps.. I was just answering th guy who called his arms "the best ever".. Yes they were wonderful but not to the extent to call them the best ever..
