Henry Paulson, Treasury Secretary being questioned about the tax payer bailout of Fannie and Freddie. You could probably ring out 2 gallons of sweat from his shirt.

Paulson is the one who manipulated gas prices in 2006.

someone posted a really good breakdown of how he changed prices briefly.
