OK ........got this DVD over the weekend,just finished watching it http://www.toneyfxman.com/home.htmit was very good! (Toney epitomizes to me what a MR OLYMPIA should be!) tiny waist,no bloated distended belly,6 FT 2".......it's a look the general public could accept (and one teenage boys want to emulate)plus Toney is no kid either (in his 40's and winning pro-shows.....and you guys know im in my 40's and the same height as Toney so im automatically a fan lol!)DVD showed Toney at expo's,traning his entire body,interacting with fansToney consumes 10 meals per day (no easy feat!)he does 1,000 rep workouts"100 rep torture days"great great DVD! (an hour and a half long)very motivating!5 out of 5 stars
