OK ........got this DVD over the weekend,just finished watching it http://www.toneyfxman.com/home.htm

it was very good! (Toney epitomizes to me what a MR OLYMPIA should be!) tiny waist,no bloated distended belly,6 FT 2".......it's a look the general public could accept (and one teenage boys want to emulate)
plus Toney is no kid either (in his 40's and winning pro-shows.....and you guys know im in my 40's and the same height as Toney so im automatically a fan lol!)
DVD showed Toney at expo's,traning his entire body,interacting with fans
Toney consumes 10 meals per day (no easy feat!)
he does 1,000 rep workouts
"100 rep torture days"
great great DVD! (an hour and a half long)
very motivating!

I like Toney Freeman and I wish him all the success in the world.

Its guys like him and Phil Heath that people should look up to.

I went up to Dexter Jackson once and my camera lost power and Dexter was pissed off over something that I didnt have any control over and just pretty much just walked away with a pissed off look at his face.

It really made me feel like crap because I admired Dexter...

Same thing happenned again at the Olympia expo with Freeman and Freeman just laughed and understood. He waited patiently and let me put in the charged batteries and le tme take pics with him...

He is a great guy...he would someday make a great champion....

Thanks joe!................cardio was twice a day (first thing in the Am on an empty stomach/last thing i did at nite before i went to bed after all meals were consumed, 45 mins to an hour each time)
Diet was "old-school" low fat,low to medium carbs,high protein ............

if it saves someone some money or helps them to purchase a good DVD it's worth it
