There you go. This is how the O will be judged this year

Melvin & Dexter were smart to convert to Muscle tech and Weider, they will see the fruits of that choice at the O

un popular choice , un thinkable option ,so be it ,it is the truth - &guy than jay and conditioned- Shape and complete, Comparable to Joel ( who is way bigger than dennis wolf), Conditioning that has beaten Dennis James and Re vamp david henry!

The time is NOW - Warm up is over and Toney has seen everyone up close! His Domination and Competing has caused Muscle Tech to play games to get people qualified!

toney, shouldn't you be training or doing some cardio? i mean, the O isn't that far away you know
