Just buy some Taurine powder or caps.
I bought some bulk taurine powder and used 2 tsp a day
Taurine/Potassium/Sodium.......
Without the Taurine, you'll feel drained and won't have the energy for workouts.
Without the Potassium you'll cramp up when you do workout.....
Without the Sodium you'll dehydrate, which will make you sick when combined with the first two.
