I was just put on formal probation with weekly and bi weekly drug tests. My problem is that, for years i have been using ephedrine with great results and now i cant use it... Right?.. How long is it in your system? and if you recommend not using ephedrine, whats the best alternative?

should be able to use it,,ephedrine still used in most none fda supplements in the market with out fda checking or caring much about it,,bodybuilding market that is ,,another option is to go on bronkaid and become asmatic like 50% of american population that give this as excuse to using ephedrine ,,shoudlnt be a problem any way you chose it,,its in your system for few hours,,the all purpose with ephedrine is to take it every 3-4 hours along the day,,lawyers ,,doctors,,guards in prisons,,judges,,all take bronkaid on regular basis ,,its no issue,,as gh15 said before,,you have shoprtness of breath and thats why you need bronkiad end of story
