It seems unlikely that There will be a more pluripotent stem cell then one taken from a embryo. Also keep in mind, there isn't as much controversy in many places of the world with respect to research on embryonic stem cells. In fact, I think it is in North Korea(not 100% sure), scientists are allowed to perform in vitro fertilization to make a embryo for the sole purpose of deriving stem cell lines. So really, this babytooth stuff won't mean much as of now. Still very interesting.
