dont know why about the lisp, but your other question,the answer is yes in the social culture at least. Very effeminate, swishy men are often less valued in gay social circles unless they are very funny and or very talented. They are often made fun of while more masculine guys are worshiped and are more popular. It is wrong and a problem stemming from fear and hatred, its really wrong whether coming from a gay or straight.
