The owner of Privee has always been nice to me. The 10% of black guys policy is partially true - its not so much about a fixed percentage of black guys, but rather he will only let in a certain type of black guy in that everyone is cool with, to ensure the right kind of environment. If you are black, and you a decent guy, good attitute, come with a decent bunch of people, you will be fine. If you were black and turned up with a black possee, all looking like gangbangers, well of course you will be turned away. Its not just blacks with the door policy. If you were Chinese, (depending on your look, age etc) you migt well have similar problems.
Black basketballers etc are of course also always welcomed in.
The key guys at Privee also juice up, so I guess they would quite like to host an Olympia after party.
