Yes, she did.   She also requested more earmarks per citizen than any other state.

Mccain actually had her on the 'pork list', a list of all the governors who were wasting a shitload of money.

if there is indeed a financial meltdown, and the repubs win the white house...

who would you rather see in the VP slot?

Brilliant businessman Mitt Romney?

Or a woman with no financial experience, aside from running a bake sale?

I'm assuming The Obama campaign has some major dirt on Palin, but i think they will keep it in until Mid Oct.  They release it to try and effect the polls last min.

Remember the origins of "October Surprise" = Reagan + Bush + Iranian Terrorists + US hostages = treasonous quid pro quo

I think Palin scandals will have exhausted themselves by then.  It will be the boy who cried wolf by that time, if it isn't already.

I'm still curious if the Right has a copy of a Michele Obama tape where she allegedly is rallying against "whitey".   The story was kicking around earlier in the year, but kind of disappeared.  I highly doubt it, though.

U guys realize she's from Alaska right...Alaska....Alaska ........again Alaska...same state that goes without sun for 3 months or so....they have "happy lights" that people sit under because lack of sun can make some people weird...so a tanning bed is pretty normal, especially for a public figure that can't afford to hibernate like much of the population.
