Exactly, usually, like at the Ironman, they wight at least 24 hours before pre-judgeing with boots sweats and a hoody and we all know they take water out after. So realistiacally he will weight 235 minus clothe and foot wear, 228, minus water , 220 max and that is be optimistic at worst.

Phil is 5'9, about the same height as Levrone, so that would make him a small man, his arms already dwarf Levrone's, and he already weighs abou the same. And by your logic Levrone wouuld have been considered a "small man"

Even Dennis James who is what, 5'8, and he was considered the next Levrone, is not considered a small man.
