What do you mean by looking "flat"? 

The opposite of pumped up and 3 dimensional. Think of Jay Cutler in his past few Olympias. Shredded no doubt, but lacked fullness. The LAST Mr. Olympia he was absolutely diced without being flat as a pancake and genuinely earned a first place win. 8)

why..?
inhibits absorption. t3 is very unpredicatble and its absorption rate fluctuates from day to day aroun 60-90% if i recall correctly...   calcium and magnesium are both shown to block its absorption... also i think its imperative that you wait at least a half hour aftertaking it before eating. beter yet wait an hour.
