Im feeling a tad sad because everything is going so well :/

so all i can do is tell you guys that im getting in the best shape of my life, and that i have mainly grapejuice and one or two solid meals a day. thats all you need

i only eat the solid meals so im not shitting liquids allday. if you just drink grapejuice youll shit it all out unless there is solid food

im getting by with very little sleep. im juggling a couple fine assed hoes and ready to take on more, so far so good no drama has insued

days are freaking flying by i truly feel like this is the end of times at the rate and speed everything is coming together and going..

any tips you bros need im here for you, im a bit freakin out/tad bit sad , i dont know how to describe it, it is like a new presence around me and i know i am in charge of it and i know i must and better do alot of positive shit with it, it is the only way i will be able to keep sane

i had a good time last night with this one chick i even did some sprints with her son he loved it like a brand new fun thing to do , kinda being like a stepdaddy to a few kids these days, the kids love me and i love them, gotta keep givin the love away

but then again all i can think about on top of helping people is getting more fine assed hoes

ok man, i got a question for ya, what do you mean by "getting in the best shape of my life"? do you want to hit a certain level of bf, or hit some pr with the weights, or maybe running a faster mile? just curious ma man 8)

i dont want to hit low bodyfat by sacrificing to a lethargic sedentary lifestyle like many lean guys who have zero legs

hitting low body fat while keeping activity super high and never tired is the goal, and less sleep

yes and im slowly creeping back up the volume of workouts

im having to drink more coffee too only 2 cups a day sometimes 3

coffee's not that bad for you, in fact it's got some anti-oxidents in it and it raises your metabolism and gives you extra energy for training via the stimulatory effects of caffeine
