Upper and Lower body splits
« on: September 17, 2008, 07:39:55 PM »
I'm an ecto that builds pretty easily, but I lose easily too so I can't stand not doing my whole upper body in one session.  Atleast chest and back together.

I'd really like to see from everyone some upper and lower body splits that have been successful over time for you.

Thanks brothers, but I feel as though I've found the routine that will work for me from now on.  I will stick to it, making only minor changes over time.

Something like:

Incline Press
Pullups
Bench Press
BORs (with dumbells)
Lateral Raises
Incline dumbell Curls
Reverse Ez-Curls

- Or -

Bench Press
Pullups
Standing Military Press
BORs
Lateral Raises
Incline Curls
Reverse Curls

There just something I really enjoy about Military presses.  They also work my triceps really well for some reason even though I use a pretty wide grip.  They also hit my far upper pecs.
