BODY HAPPENINGS

my body has done so many weird things since I started running daily that i've lost count, whether they were aches and pains or really freaky inexplicable sensations....like my bellly button, if you so much as brush against it, i have this deep, sharp pain that shoots into my abdomen

the latest was after i ran 16 miles today and probably started to dehydrate at the end of the run (vision got a little messed up)

later in the day my GF surprised me with a small tub of Ricemellow Fluff, which is a vegan version of marshmallow fluff, so I put some on my finger, stuck it in my mouth, and every single one of my teeth flared up with extreme sensitivity, kinda like when you drink super cold water and your teeth "freeze"

i thought maybe it was too sweet so i tried again, same thing, i had to wince and pull back it was such a strong feeling  i've NEVER had this happen before lol

then later in the day the same thing happens with a piece of vegan jerky  it's almost like my teeth turned hyper-sensitive after my run WEIRD!!!!

so yea, what's the weirdest thing your body has done?!

i felt strong today and wanted to test myself lol

i usually run 5-8 miles a day

Running 16 miles and eating vegan food is your problem.

Try running 2-3 miles and eat normal human food....problem solved

Running that much is not conducive to the bodybuilding lifestyle.  What gives bro?

i was too fat and got really lazy so i decided to go for the health look  ;D
