few months maybe? The "powers that be" have already got this shit figured out and have backup plans in case im sure. Say Jay gets in car wreck, dies, or pulls a Luke Wood at the O - they probably already have the next few in line to take his place in a worst case scenario. Dex, Heath, Wolf.... Kinda eliminates the thrill of the night when its already decided.

agreed. i think jay knew right after he was announced as the winner last year that the title is his as long as he competes. in the case of a freak accident, i think the ifbb powers have already picked who they will give the title to, but only in the case of a freak accident like you said of a car wreck or something else.

Jay signed a 3 title contract in 06. He's probably been getting monthly payments since then with the last one coming due this month. After last year's absolute debacle AMI signed Dexter just in case Jay shows up looking like a bag of smashed assholes again. Word out of the Cutler camp is he's actually dieting this year.

Im sure the main "guys" that have been around this game for sooooooooooo long, (dex especially) probably already realize the insider "things" going on. Look at the past 5 videos of Jay and Dex putting on for the O, building up hype. Dex is not an idiot, he has been in O and getting 3rd for as long as i can remember... so probably some deals have gone down that will assure his mouth stay shut. jay will get $$$$ if he comes in 1st or 8th, and dex also

If you go off what was written in John Hotthams (sp?) book 'Muscle', Wayne Demillia would never have run this years Olympia as Jay vs Dex. He would have promoted Wolf very heavily as he knew it would sell tickets.
