Brovel hcg- A bit confusing for novice-need help
« on: September 19, 2008, 06:10:25 AM »
I'm very new to hcg and the only other time I've used it was the organon 5,000 iu which came in 2 small aprox. 1 ml vials. I had a ruff time getting some this time and was only able to come up with Brovel 10,000 iu labeled veterinary use. This came in 2-10 ml vials to be mixed together as normal, however whats throwing me off is the vet use and my supplier says that 10ml is the same as 10,000 iu. So when you do simple math my intended injections of 2000 iu each is gonna be 2 ml of fluid per injections. Isn't that alot? again my first experience to get the same 2000 iu was equal to about 1/2 ml. Can anyone shed some light on this. Since it took me a while to get my time to start is now but I just don't want to screw up.

A 10,000iu amp of HCG mixed with 10ml of bactereostatic water would be 1000iu per 1ML. Mixed with 5ml of bacto it would yield 1000iu per .5ml, mixed with 2.5ml of bacto water it would yield 1000iu per .25ml. Therefore .5ml of solution would give you 2000iu per injection.

***Somebody check my math, I'm really tiered*** ;D Been up all night.

When your well rested, I would love it if you could come back with more detail. I have got a whole bunch of hcg but have never used any.

I might not have said it right the two bottles when combined are 10ml and I'm told that 1ml is = to 1,000 iu.- Any knowledge on veterinarian use only and or Brovel brand?

Now I really confused. Vet or not, it still mixes the same. The math is correct. I would not use vet grade anything!

u dont need to mix with the full amount of the fluid.......... you could half the amount and it would still be ok, and less to inject

No not how to use I'm good with that. Just the label veterinarian use threw my off and the volume required to inject just to get 1,000 iu seemed like alot if I put in all the liquid solution. I was unaware that you didn't have to mix all the solution supplied and still have a proper and effective mix. I'm not at all crazy about using the vet hcg either which is why the concern. It's all I could come up with and need to get this in my system like yesterday.

PM VET and ask him how the quality of vet HCG is! He is the one to ask. Remember its only water that its mixed with so no biggie with the large shot.
